I have over 20 years of experience in buying, marketing, retail and new business development both locally and internationally. My aim is to help business owners and executives of small to medium businesses take their business to the next level by clarifying their thinking and translate their ideas into implementation.
I help to do this by providing customer insights and market analysis for opening new opportunities and networks in local and international markets.
Having worked in various divisions within a large corporate and championing the voice of the customer, I am able to create robust and well-integrated internal processes in order for the customer’s voice to be heard throughout the organisation. This is key in creating on- demand products, service and customer loyalty.
Finally, I have the ability to create foundation marketing requirements such as marketing strategies and implementation plans as well as media planning and negotiations across both Australia and New Zealand.
