Her experience within the Asian community is extensive, from founding the Auckland Moon Festival on Dominion Road, to serving as New Zealand General Manager for a major food‑delivery company, to launching SevenSalad, a ready‑made meals brand created specifically for Auckland’s Chinese community. Outside of work, her beloved Staffy‑cross, Hillary, adopted from the SPCA at three months old, remains her pride and joy.
